We will be performing infrastructure updates to improve the performance and reliability of our tokenization and digital wallet services. This work will require a brief maintenance window of approximately 25 minutes between 6:00AM – 7:00 AM ET.

What to expect during this time:

- Cardholders will not be able to add cards to digital wallets
- Merchant tokenization requests will be declined
- Card create requests that include a digital_card_art_token will be rejected

We've scheduled this during an early-morning, low-traffic window to minimize any impact to your operations. Our team will be actively monitoring throughout and will confirm once maintenance is complete.
