Between 2024-04-29 21:10 and 2024-04-30 03:35 UTC, about 0.5% of authorization requests timed out due to misconfiguration related to cross-region routing between Lithic systems. We did not send ASA requests for affected authorizations; customers received authorization webhooks with "DECLINED" result. We fixed the configuration and adjusted our alerting to prevent reoccurrence.
